TuneBit detects whether it's running from a fixed drive or a USB stick. On a USB stick, the license is bound to that physical USB drive (manufacturer + serial number). You can plug the stick into any PC and TuneBit will work — no per-machine activation. Lose the stick, and you'll need a replacement license tied to the new stick.
Yes. Sign in, remove the old PC from your dashboard to free its slot, and add the new PC. The new PC gets a fresh license code bound to its hardware.
